60x60 -> 3600sec - 60 min
3600 secx24 hr -> 86400 sec = day 

Don't worry about the past.
Don't think too much about future.
Enjoy the present moment. It never came back again.

  7. Change your environment (don't read from bed. move to silent place and read)
